How to Order
1. Purchasing Products
- Once you have finished selecting the products you wish to purchase, proceed to checkout.
- Select your payment method and delivery method, then complete the checkout process.
- Products can be purchased even if you are not a member.
- After placing your order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent. *Please note that your order is not yet finalized at this point.
- Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a separate order confirmation email. *Please be aware that our company is closed on weekends and national holidays, so order confirmation emails for orders placed during these days will be sent on the next business day. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please contact us.
2. Payment
- For customers who select bank transfer, we will inform you of the bank account details in the order confirmation email. *Please be sure to make your payment only after receiving our order confirmation email.
- Payment verification is usually performed on the next business day after the payment. *Please note that if there are many bank transfers, payment verification may be delayed. *Please be aware that payment verification is not performed on weekends or national holidays.
- Payment confirmation emails will be automatically sent in bulk after 3 PM on the day of payment verification.
- If payment is not confirmed within 5 days of your order, the order will be canceled.
3. Product Shipping
- As a general rule, shipping is performed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
*Please understand that during periods of increased shipping volume due to concentrated orders, shipping may not be possible within 7 business days.
*Please be aware that shipping operations are not performed on weekends or national holidays. - Shipping completion emails will be automatically sent in bulk after 5 PM on the shipping date.
- The shipping email will contain the tracking number, so please keep it.
Regarding the purchase of products
- Basically, each product has a "Condition Rank." Please confirm the product's condition rank before purchasing.
- Our products are inspected one by one by several staff members. We have standardized our inspection criteria to deliver products that satisfy our customers, but please note that there may be some variations in condition even among products of the same rank.
- There is no upper limit on the number of single cards that can be purchased.
- For products such as "kuji" (lottery-style items), we may set a purchase limit.
- We cannot accept additions or changes to your order once it has been completed. Thank you for your understanding.
- We do not accept orders by phone or email. Also, we cannot reserve products or accept backorder requests. Thank you for your understanding.
- As we also list our products on other shopping malls, we may prioritize customers on a first-come, first-served basis depending on order status.
- If a purchased product is out of stock, we will notify the customer by email. We will cancel only the out-of-stock item and proceed with the rest of the transaction.
- Due to system limitations, we cannot combine products from separate orders. If you wish to combine items, please place them in a single order.

Notes
- If you are unable to receive the item due to customer reasons (such as refusal to receive) after the product has been shipped, the transaction will be immediately canceled.
- If a product is returned to us by the shipping company due to reasons such as [long-term absence/unknown address] after shipment, we will reship it, but the reshipping fee will be borne by the customer. Please be aware of this in advance.
- If a transaction is canceled, the refund amount will be the purchase price minus the shipping fee incurred for the original shipment and the bank transfer fee for the refund. In the case of cash on delivery, we will charge the shipping fee incurred for the original shipment. Please be aware of this in advance.
Regarding your points
- If you register as a member and make a purchase, you may earn points based on the product price.
- Points can be used at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.
- Points are valid for six months.
Regarding returns
Returns Policy
- If the delivered product has deficiencies, such as being different from the product you purchased, we will accept a return.
- *Products graded B or lower are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- *We do not accept inquiries about product condition.
Return Process
- If you wish to return an item, please send an email with the following information: [Order number, Name, Product name, Number of items to return, Reason for return].
- After confirming your contact, we will send you instructions regarding the return. Please return the product according to these instructions.
- We will notify you once the refund or replacement item has been sent.
Important Notes on Returns
- We will cover the shipping cost for returns.
- Please submit your return request within 7 days of product arrival.
- *For items requested 8 days or more after arrival, we cannot process returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
- As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
- If we cannot confirm the return of the product, we cannot process refunds or other arrangements.
- For refunds, we will refund the exact amount of the product price to your designated account.
- Exchanges are only possible if we have the corresponding product in stock at the time we confirm your request.
- *If there is no stock, we will process a refund.
- *Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for items to be back-ordered.
- If you repeatedly request returns that violate our company's usage guidelines, we may suspend your access to our services.
- Due to the nature of Rank S (unopened) products, returns are not possible once the item has been opened.
- For unopened BOX products, if a return is made, an exchange will not be possible, and only a refund will be processed.
All products sold by our company are used items, so when purchasing, please be sure to check the product's "About Condition Ranks."
We kindly request that you agree to the above precautions before making a return request.
Other
- We do not accept duplicate accounts upon registration.
- Please be aware that accounts suspected of being duplicates may be permanently suspended without prior notice.
- Please note that we do not process payment confirmations or shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
