Payment Method and Timing

・For bank transfers, QR code payments, and convenience store payments, items will be shipped after payment confirmation.

・The payment deadline is 3 days, including the order date.
　If payment is not confirmed by 10:00 AM on the 4th day, the order will be canceled.

　For bank transfers, we generally confirm payments daily on banking business days, but please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are also included in the payment deadline.
　If you are unable to make a payment by the deadline, please contact us via our inquiry form.
　Furthermore, if payment is made after the deadline and a refund becomes necessary, the refund fee will be borne by the customer.

・For cash on delivery/credit card payments, payment will be confirmed at 10:00 AM on the day after the order was placed.

・For customers who purchase items totaling 200,000 yen or more, we may contact you by phone or email to confirm your purchase.
If payment is not confirmed within 3 days after the product purchase, regardless of business days, the order may be canceled.
　Also, for customers who purchase items totaling 1,000,000 yen or more, if payment is not confirmed within 2 days after the product purchase, regardless of business days, the order may be canceled.

Product Delivery Time

Items will be shipped within 7 days after payment confirmation.
For post-payment, items will be shipped within 7 days after order confirmation.

Returns

If the product is clearly defective (e.g., completely bent, broken in half), we will provide an exchange or refund.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will only be provided in the above two cases.
However, we cannot process requests for products that have been more than 3 days since arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
