At Yuao, we categorize our products into five condition ranks.
All products sold are used items purchased from customers, so please consider them for play use only.
*Opinions on damage may vary individually. Please consider our judgment as a reference only.

Due to the nature of single cards, we cannot provide "perfect condition" items.
We apologize, but we cannot meet requests for high quality for collection purposes, so please be aware of this in advance.

Unopened product.

• Even if the outer packaging, such as the outer box or package, has some damage, or if the film (shrink wrap) is torn, an unopened product may still be classified as Rank S.
• Since the item is unopened, we cannot confirm the condition of the cards inside. We are not responsible for any damage after opening.
• Book attachments are also Rank S if unopened.
• Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns after opening.

These products are in clean condition for used items, but may have minor scratches, nicks, peeling, dents, or warps.
Customers seeking perfect condition for collection may not be satisfied.

• Scratches considered initial defects are classified as Rank A.
• Initial defects arising during the manufacturing and printing process at the manufacturer's factory are sold as Rank A by our company.

These products have more noticeable scratches, dirt, nicks, peeling, dents, or folds than Rank A.
They are perfectly usable for play.

These products have more noticeable damage than Rank B, such as scratches, nicks, peeling, dents, folds, fading, water damage, or extreme warping, and show signs of use or age-related deterioration.
They are not recommended for collection purposes.
Please consider purchasing them for casual play.

These are "訳あり商品" (items with defects) that have extremely large scratches, dents, nicks, peeling, or folds, more so than Rank C.
Some items may feel unusual even through a sleeve.
Please understand this and consider purchasing them for casual play.

【Notes on Condition Ranks】
Unless otherwise stated in the product name or description, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on variations of the same card (even if rarity is the same but illustrations differ, etc.), nor do we accept specific requests at the time of order.

Considering the release date, some older cards may show relatively strong signs of use. Depending on the expansion pack's release date, the condition assessment may be more lenient than usual. Please be aware of this in advance.
